Obituary

Funeral services for Louise Biffle Rogers, 80, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Hale Center Church of Christ with Charles Cook officiating. Burial will be in Hale Center Cemetery by Freeman-Abell Funeral Home. Mrs. Rogers died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2005, in her home. She was born Aug. 24, 1925, in Lubbock County to Marvin and Lela Mae Griffin Biffle. She married Thomas E. Rogers on April 5, 1945, in Lubbock. They moved to Hale Center in 1953 where she taught at Hale Center ISD for 26 years. Mrs. Rogers was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband; one son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Judy Rogers of Amarillo; two grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter
