Obituary

Funeral services for Francis "CiCa" Rodriquez, 74, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Gerard J. Kenney, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at Wood-Dunning Colonial Chapel. Mrs. Rodriquez died at 11:30 p.m. Friday, March 26, 2004, in Plainview Healthcare Center. She was born Oct. 4, 1929, in Del Rio to the late Georgio and Manuelita Rodriguez. She married Pioquinto Rodriquez on Nov. 22, 1948, in Plainview. He died Jan. 10, 1976. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and a lifetime member of Guadalupanas. Survivors include two sons, Juan and Manuel Rodriquez of Plainview; four daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Lou and Jose Canales of Victoria, Hilda and Martin Rosales of Sherwood, Ark., Belinda and Joe Sanchez of Plainview and Ida and Jesse Chico of Amarillo; two brothers, Fidencio Rodriguez of Plainview and Raul Rodriguez of Potterville, Calif.; two sisters, Consuelo Guzman and Guadalupe Perez of Potterville; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three step great-grandchildren. A brother, Georgio Rodriguez Jr., and two sisters, Maria Delgado and Gloria Rodriguez are deceased.
