Rodriguez, Bidal

Funeral Mass for Bidal Rodriguez, 60, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Elbert A. Fadallan, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Bartley-Silva Funeral Home.

Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel.

Mr. Rodriguez died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2000, in Covenant Hospital.

He was born April 26, 1939, in San Antonio. He moved to Plainview in 1975 from Tulia and was an employee in the fabrication department of Excel.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Cursillistas.

On Sept. 28, 1968, he married Concepcion Briones in Tulia.

Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Leticia Rogriquez of Plainview; three stepdaughters, Azalia Solis, Candy Tonche and Estella Lopez, all of Plainview; two brothers, Juan Rodriguez of Minnesota and David Rogriquez of Lubbock; four sisters, Paula Marmolejo of Lubbock, Lupe Diaz of Fort Worth, Nicolasa Garcia of Floydada and Santos Camacho of Fort Lupton, Colo.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
