Funeral Mass for former Abernathy resident Rita Rodriguez, 55, of Lubbock will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Isidore Catholic Church with the Rev. Jacob Puthuparambil officiating. Burial will be in the Abernathy Cemetery by Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy. Mrs. Rodriguez died Sunday, June 7, 2009, in Lubbock.
