Services for Velma Lee Roberts, 61, formerly of Hale Center, Texas, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015, in the First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Hale Center Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Hale Center. Ms. Roberts died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, in Mansfield, Texas.
