Obituary

Funeral services for Pedro Sequndo Riojas, 61, of Plainview will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Bartley Memorial Chapel with Salome Casanova officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Riojas died Sunday, May 20, 2012, in Lubbock. He was born Sept. 20, 1950, in Mexico to Miguel and Stephanie Riojas. He married Frances Soto on Oct. 18, 1969, in Plainview. Survivors include his wife; four sons, Joel, Frank, Ezequel and Abel Riojas, all of Plainview; three daughters, Janie Riojas and Brenda Rivas, both of Plainview, and Patricia Riojas of Amarillo; three brothers, Rodolfo, Jorge and Poncho Riojas, all of Lampazos, Mexico; one sister, Grasila Riojas of Sabinas, Mexico; and 15 grandchildren.
