Obituary

Graveside services for Isabell Ramos, 77, of McAllen, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Parklawn Memorial Gardens. Cremation arrangements were by Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. Mrs. Ramos died Wednesday, July 10, 2002, in McAllen. She was born Aug. 22, 1924, in New Braunfels. She lived in Plainview until moving to McAllen in 1987. She was a Catholic and a homemaker. On March 13, 1944, she married Domingo Ramos in Dumas. He died Aug. 25, 1987. Survivors include one daughter, Maria Ramos of McAllen; two sons, Miguel Espinoso of McKinney and Joe Ramos of Lubbock; a brother, Paul Landeros of Plainview; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Paula Armendriez of Plainview.
