Funeral Mass for Anthony Bob Quintero, 33, of Hale Center will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Hale Center with the Rev. John Smith officiating. Burial will be in Hale Center Cemetery under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home. A rosary service will be at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Quintero died Friday, Sept. 16, 2011. He was born Feb. 9, 1978, in Littlefield to Bobby and Katey Aragon Quintero and graduated from Cotton Center High School. He married Mary Ann Flores on Feb. 23, 2010, in Plainview. He worked as a welder and fabricator at Hi-Plains Millwright and Supply in Plainview. He attended St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Hale Center. Survivors include his wife; his father, Bobby Quintero; stepmother, Susie Quintero; mother, Katey Aragon Loza; three daughters, Marissa Ann Flores, Trinity Gabriell Amaya and Malena Nicole Amaya, all of Hale Center; five brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky and Laurie Quintero and Justin and Tori Quintero, all of Hale Center, Dave and Edwina Quintero of Abernathy, Michael and Laura Quintero of Dodge City, Kan., and Randy and Mercedes Quintero of Johnston City, Kan.; one sister, Sara Quintero, of Plainview; and several nieces and nephews.
