Graveside services for Robert James "Bob" Pyatt will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Parklawn Memorial Gardens with Andy Wood of Turning Point Community Church officiating. Arrangements are by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home. Mr. Pyatt died Friday, June 24, 2005, in a Lubbock hospital. He was born in Estelline to Doyle and Bertie Lee Pyatt on Oct. 22, 1927, and was raised in Turkey and Benjamin. He married Bonita "Boe" Snailum on Aug. 13, 1949. She died July 9, 2003. He was a pharmaceutical sales representative for Merck for 32 years and a member of First Christian Church. He had been a Plainview resident since 1957. Survivors include a daughter, Tamie Bryan of Lubbock; seven grandchildren, Brinton Bryan, Halston Bryan, Ami Pyatt, Chelley Pyatt, Josh Pyatt, Brad Pyatt and Mary Pyatt; and five great-grandchildren. His parents; and two sons, Michael Pyatt in August 2004 and Rodney Pyatt in January 1998, also are deceased. The family suggests memorials to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
