Powdrill, Letha

Funeral services for Letha Powdrill, 96, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Wood-Dunning Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Chatham, pastor of Happy Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in a Plainview Cemetery by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Mrs. Powdrill died at 8:35 a.m. Aug. 15, 2000, in IHS of Plainview.

She was born Dec. 15, 1903, in Louisiana. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include three grandchildren, Willie James Buckner of Waldorf, Md., William Buckner of Newport News, Va., and Dorothy Buckner of Peoria, Ill.; and a niece, Nora Lee Murry of Houston.
