Pichardo, David

Funeral mass for David Pichardo, 78, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Gerard Kenney, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel.

Mr. Pichardo died at 3:24 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 4, 2001, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

He was born Nov. 10, 1922, in Persall where he grew up. He moved to Plainview in 1956. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Vidala and Roy Resendez of Plainview; two brothers, Thomas Pichardo of Abilene and Simon Pichardo of Plainview; two grandchildren, Deborah Gomez of Lubbock and Roland Resendez of Plainview; and two great-grandchildren.
