Funeral Mass for Juan Perez, 42, of Plainview will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Reymundo Manriquez officiating. Rosary will be at 6 p.m. today in Lemons Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home. Mr. Perez died Friday, March 2, 2012. He was born July 23, 1969, in San Felipe, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Fermine and Petra Cavillo Perez. He worked at Walmart Distribution and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Amalia Perez of Plainview; his mother, Petra Perez; a son, Alexis Perez; and his daughters, Melissa Perez, Rosalie Perez and Fatima Perez. His father is deceased.
