Graveside services for Lucy B. Pelham, 86, of Lubbock, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hale Center Cemetery with Dr. Carrol Green, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Freeman-Abell Funeral Home. Mrs. Pelham died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004, in Hospitality House in Lubbock.
