PLAINVIEW (Special)

Services for Dorothy Patty, 65, of Plainview will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Second & Beech Church of Christ with Jay Henderson and Earl McDonough officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery under direction of Bartley-Silva Funeral Home.

She died Monday, July 17, 2000, at her home.

She was born Dec. 7, 1934, in Plainview. She married Ernest Patty on Jan. 2, 1953, in Juarez, Mexico.

She was a teachers assistant in Plainview for 27 years.

She was a lifetime member of the PTA and sponsor of the Bar-None Rodeo Drill Team.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Rhonda Denzer of Ropesville, Lisa Wright of Plainview and Martha "Annette" Paschal of San Angelo; a brother, Ralph May Jr. of Plainview; a sister, Geri Eurey of San Antonio; and six grandchildren.
