Parra, Jennifer

Funeral Mass for Yesenia Parra, 30, and her 7-month- old daughter, Jennifer Parra, were at 11 a.m. today in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Gerard Kenney, pastor, officiating.

Burial was in Plainview Cemetery by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Parra died in Colorado on Sunday, July 30, 2000, and her daughter died Thursday, Aug, 3, 2000. Both died from injuries received in a vehicle accident on July 30.

Mrs. Parra was born Nov. 24, 1969, in Mexico. On March 29, 1980, she married Saul E. Parra in Mexico.

Jennifer Parra was born Dec. 13, 1999, in Plainview.

Mrs. Parra?s survivors include her husband; two daughters, Daisy Parra and Michelle Parra, both of Plainview; her parents, Isidro and Maria Ramos of Plainview; one brother, Roque Ramos of Plainview; and four sisters, Graciela Gutierrez of Yuma, Colo., Cecilia Rodriquez of Mesa, Ariz., Marla Zepeda of Plainview and Anabel Zuniga of Amarillo.

Jennifer Parra is survived by her father, Saul E. Parra; two sisters, Daisy and Michelle; and her grandparents, Isidro and Maria Ramos.
