Obituary

Jerry Wayne Parker AUSTIN -- Memorial services for Jerry Wayne Parker, 56,
will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Eastgate Funeral Home Chapel. He died Tuesday,
April 5, 2005. Mr. Parker was born July 27, 1948, in Plainview to William
Theodore Parker and Clovis Lucille Jenkins. He was a Christian and served as
a U.S. Navy shipman. He worked for American Airlines as a fleet service crew
chief for 22 years and owned his own real estate and appraisal firm. He was
preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jimmy Don Parker.
Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Mary Huckleberry Parker; children
Cassidy Nicole and Matthew Cray; and extended family Rudolph and Jo Coker,
Chet Coker and Debbi Hoagland and family. Jerry will always be missed by his
many family and friends. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. tonight at the
funeral home.
