Page, John R. Mrs. (Lois Owens)

Funeral services for Lois Page, 79, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. J. Don George, pastor of Calvary Temple Assembly of God Church of Irving, and the Rev. Neil Unwin, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Mrs. Page died at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2001, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

She was born Oct. 6, 1921, in Comanche, Okla. She graduated from Estelline High School in 1939. She moved to Lakeview in Hall County and then to Plainview in 1946.

She married John R. Page on Oct. 3, 1942 in Rolla, Mo., and in 1954 they started Page?s Food Store. She retired in 1982.

She was a member of First Assembly of God since 1946 and collected cookbooks, dolls and Precious Moment Figurines.

Survivors include her husband; a son and daughter-in-law, Garry and Ann Page of Plano; a brother, Robert L. Owens of Plainveiw; a sister, Evelyn Campbell of Lubbock; four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

The family suggest memorials to the American Heart Association or to Gideon?s International.
