O?Connor, Jack, Mrs. (Verna M.)

Graveside services for Verna M. O?Connor, 89, of Plainview, are set 2 p.m. Monday, with retired Baptist Preacher the Rev. Ed Norris of Silverton officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park by LemonsFuneral Home.

Mrs. O?Connor died at 1:50 a.m. Saturday at Tulia Care Center.

She was born July, 24, 1909, in Thorton and was married to Jack O?Connor. He died Nov.2, 1975.

She had lived in the Finney Community, where she and her husband farmed for several years. She moved to Plainview in 1965.

Survivors include a brother and a sister-in-law, Rex D. and Marie Rogers of Vigo Park; and several nieces and nephews.
