Obituary

Funeral Mass for Raymundo Negrete, 53, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Raymundo Manriques, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Lemons Funeral Home. Rosary will be at 6 p.m. today at Lemons Fun-eral Home. Mr. Negrete died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2006, in Covenant Hospital Plainview. He was born May 20, 1952, in Brownsville to Jose Pio Negrete and Maria Guzman Negrete. He worked many years at the Plainview Co-op Compress and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Survivors include two brothers, Jose Negrete of Plainview and Arnold Negrete of Tulsa, Okla.; four sisters, Rosalinda Zivec of Alamo, Lupita Lopez of Fort Worth, and Alicia Saucedo and Paula Saucedo, both of Plainview; and 22 nieces and nephews. His parents, two sisters, Ofelia Molina and Maria Millican, and one brother, Francisco Negrete, are deceased
