Obituary

Funeral services for Donna Kay Munguia, 57, of Vernon, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Baptist Church in Edmonson with the Rev. Jimmy Neff, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Lemons Funeral Home. Mrs. Munguia died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2005, in Grove, Okla. She was born June 14, 1947, in Grove, the daughter of Henry and Hazel Elliott. She had worked as a cashier for Wal-Mart in Vernon. She married Jesus Munguia in 1982. Survivors include her husband; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jessica and Nathan Hedrick of Plainview and Sonia and Jason Bohnstengel of Virginia Beach, Va.; three brothers, Bill Elliott and Bob Elliott, both of Grove, Okla., and Benny Elliott of Miami, Okla.; and her mother, Hazel Elliott of Grove.
