Moreno, Israel

Graveside services for Israel Moreno, 48, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Plainview Cemetery with Guadalupe Moreno officiating.

Arrangements are by Bartley Funeral Home.

Mr. Moreno died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2004, in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.

He was born Sept. 15, 1955, in Plainview. He had worked for Care Inn Nursing Home as a nursing assistant. He served with the U.S. Army and enjoyed painting.

Survivors include his mother, Oralia Moreno of Plainview; three brothers, Guadalupe Moreno of Plainview, Max Moreno of Temple and Ismael Moreno of Clearwater, Fla.; four sisters, Rosa Ramos, Mary Lou Moreno and JoAnn Moreno, all of Plainview, and Mary Ellen Aguirre of Washington.

His father, Isaias Moreno Sr., and a brother, Isaias S. Moreno Jr., are deceased.
