Moreno, Isaias S., Jr.

Funeral services for Isaias S. Moreno Jr., 46, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Ken Horn, chaplain of VistaCare Hospice of Lubbock and Plainview, and the Rev. Lupe Moreno of the Spanish Nazarene Church officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Bartley-Silva Funeral Home.

Mr. Moreno died Tuesday, March 22, 2001, at his residence. He was under hospice care.

He was born June 23, 1954, in Brady. He owned B&J Enterprises Home Medical Equipment and had lived in Plainview for 44 years.

He was a member of Iglesia Del Nazareno.

On July 16, 1979, he married Donna Pauline Young in Plainview.

Survivors include his wife; his mother, Oralia Moreno of Plainview; three sons, Abel Pineda and Johnny Moreno, both of Plainview, and Nick Moreno of Lubbock; three daughters, Anita Rivera and Suellen Moreno, both of Plainview, and Mary Vasquez of San Antonio; four brothers, Max Moreno of Temple, Guadalupe and Isabel Moreno, both of Plainview, and Ismael Moreno of Clearwater, Fla.; four sisters, Rosa Romas, Mary Ellen Aguirre, Mary Lou Moreno, and Jo Ann Moreno, all of Plainview; and six grandchildren.

A sister, Therdora Nunez and his father, Isaias Moreno Sr., are deceased.

The family suggests memorials to VistaCare Family Hospice, 4418 Olton Road, Plainview, TX 79072.
