Obituary

Funeral Mass for Jaime Moralez Sr., 44, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Arsenio Redulla, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. today at Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Mr. Moralez died Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006, at his residence. He was born July 7, 1962, in South Plains to Santos and Jesusa Moralez. He graduated from Plainview High School in 1981 and worked for M&M Welding for 17 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Survivors include one daughter, Cynthia Moralez of Lubbock; one son, Jaime Moralez Jr. of McKinney; his mother of Plainview; two brothers, Alfredo Moralez of Plainview and Sammy Vela of McKinney; and two sisters, Susie Moralez of Levelland and Santos Moralez of Edinburg.
