Funeral services for Albert Morales, 51, of Plainview will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Lemons Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Reymundo Manriquez officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home. A rosary will be at 6 p.m. Thursday at Lemons Funeral Chapel. Mr. Morales died Monday, April 5, 2010, at Plainview Healthcare Center. He was born Oct. 8, 1958, in Altus, Okla., to Benito and Beda Morales. He worked in maintenance most of his life. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Survivors include his parents; one son, Albert Morales Jr. of Lubbock; one daughter, Olivia Quintana of Lubbock; two brothers, Benito Morales Jr. of Pharr and Edward Morales of Rush, Colo.; four sisters, Wilma Prince of Decatur, Ga., Rosa Rodriguez of Sterling, Ill., Joann Jimenez of San Angelo and Dora Morales of Lubbock; his grandmother, Maria Morales of Plainview; and two grandchildren.
