Obituary

Funeral services for Albiento Mora, 82, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at College Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Robertson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Bartley Funeral Home. Mrs. Mora died Friday, March 27, 2009, at Heritage Convalescent Center in Amarillo. She was born Dec. 19, 1926, in Alfred. She lived in Plainview for 30 years, moving here from Alfred. She was a housewife and enjoyed dancing, singing, playing Bingo and watching novelas. Survivors include four sons and four daughters-in-law, George and Anna Mora Sr., and Ramon and Norlin Mora, all of Amarillo, Gilbert and Zelda Mora Sr., of Hollis, Okla., and Rey and Mary Mora Sr., of Plainview; three daughters, Sylvia Coronado of Arlington, Adela Whitlock of Plainview and Oralia Mora of Amarillo; 22 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
