Obituary

Memorial services for Mary Beth Moon, 48, will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at First Assembly of God Church in Plainview. Cremation services were under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home. Mary Beth died Friday, Oct. 9, 2009. She was born Dec. 16, 1960, in Rochester, Mich., to Edward and Barbara Bartels. She was a homemaker and attended Grace United Methodist Church. She is survived by her parents, Barb and Ed Bartels of Glenwood, N.M.; her daughters, Heather Tyre of Plainview and Tricia Moon of Plainview; her granddaughter, Pamela Tyre of Plainview; and her best friend, Lori Stefani.
