Aristeo A.C. Montelongo Sr. Sept. 3, 1941-March 19, 2009 The times come when those whom we have loved will travel ahead to a place of joy and rest and whom we will join in eternal celebration. The Montelongo family would like to give our sincere gratitude and blessings to all the friends/family who were present with us before, during and after the passing of our beloved husband and father, Aristeo Montelongo Sr., especially those of you who had the opportunity to be with him at home before his passing. A heartfelt thank you to all the family who made the effort to come from out of town and state. A special commendation to the Knights of Columbus and the Guadalupanas of Sacred Heart Church and Kornerstone Funerals Directors for their service and efforts. May God bless each and everyone. Funeral services for A.C. Montelongo, 67, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Arsenio Redulla officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Montelongo dies Thursday, March 19, 2009, at his residence.
