Funeral Mass for Gregorio Mindieta, Jr., 69, of Hale Center will be at 3 p.m. today, Nov. 23, 2012, at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Hale Center. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A rosary was held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Mr. Mindieta passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, in Lubbock. He was born on May 24, 1943, in Post to Gregorio Sr. and Jesusa Mindieta. He was a carpenter and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. He is survived by sons Ricky Don Mindieta of Amarillo, Gregorio Mindieta III of Hale Center and Mario Luis Mindieta of Hale Center; daughter Lisa Martha Mindieta of Lubbock; brother Daniel Mindieta of Grand Prairie; sisters Maria Martinez of Colorado City, Rita Rivera of Post, Angela Diaz of Post and Aurelia Vasquez of Post; grandchildren Gregorio Nathan Mindieta IV, Houston, Alexis, Matthew, Andrew Mindieta and Jonathan Perez.
