Milford, Raymond, Mrs. (Nina Lee)

Funeral services for Nina Lee Milford, 59, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church with Dr. Travis Hart, pastor, officiating.

Private burial arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Milford died at 2:39 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, at her residence.

She was born March 19, 1944, in Portland, Ore. She grew up in Amarillo where she attended schools. She was an artist, painted, wrote poetry and made crafts and was an antique dealer.

She had been prayer secretary for San Jacinto Baptist Church in Amarillo and was a member of First Baptist Church in Plainview.

On Oct. 6, 1959, she married Raymond Milford in Tucumcari, N.M.

Survivors include her husband, two daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and David Rivers of Amarillo and Cheryl and Shayn Herplch of Miami, Texas; two sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Tricia Milford of San Antonio; her mother, Eva Roach of Amarillo; a brother and sister-in-law, Don and Yvonne Roach of Spring; a sister and brother-in-law, Eva Faye and Glenn Gunn of Wink; six grandchildren, Eric Rivers, Cayce Rivers, Josh Milford and Ryan Milford; and one great-grandchild, Kade Rivers.

The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Lubbock, 1102 Slide Road, Suite 3, Lubbock, TX 79418.
