Funeral services for Tina McKelvy, 49, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Happy Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Leonard Chatham of Full Armor Ministries officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A wake will be held from 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Ms. McKelvy died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010, in Plainview. She was born Feb. 7, 1961, in Liberty, Miss., to Herbert Lee and Betty Jackson. She lived in Plainview all of her life. She was a Baptist. Survivors include her companion, Robert Lynn Washington of Plainview; two sons, Brad McKelvy and Sheldon McKelvy, both of Kress; five brothers, Herbert "Sam" Jackson of Salles, Miss., James Jackson of Plainview, Wallace Jackson of Albuquerque, N.M., Andrew Jackson of Plainview and Ned Jackson of McKinney; and three sisters, Edith Dunn of McKinney, Sheliah Jackson of Houston and Donna Jones of Grand Prairie.
