Obituary

Born in Del Norte, Colorado to Ernest and Gertrude Potter. Graduated from high school in Chillicothe, Texas. She married Doyle McFerrin December 30, 1962. She was a housewife, mother. and grandmother. She enjoyed reading and sewing and taking care of her family. She worked with her husband at McFerrin Tractor Shop for many years in Lubbock doing the bookwork and selling parts until she had her first stroke in 2009 May. She passed away September 18, 2011 in Lubbock, Texas. She is survived by her husband Doyle, daughters, Michelle Elaine McFerrin and Melissa Lorene McFerrin Metz, son-in-law Ron Metz, grandchildren Vernon McFerrin Eubank, Aldercy Abbe, Jake and Luke Metz.
