Funeral services for Lucille McEachern, 90, of Winnsboro, formerly of Plainview, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with her son-in-law, Dwight Martin, and grandson, Chris Martin, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. McEachern died Sunday, April 10, 2011. She was born Jan. 11, 1921, in Weslaco to Oscar and Minnie Watson. She married Weldon McEachern on Aug. 6, 1938, in Crosbyton. He died in 1998. She was a homemaker and lived at Autumn Wind Assisted Living in Winnsboro. She was a member of Lake Fork Baptist Church and a previous member of First Baptist Church and the Reapers Bible Study Group in Plainview for more than 60 years. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Vena and Dwight Martin of Houston and Patty and Louis Heflin of Alba; one brother and sister-in-law, Ed and Pat Watson of Portales, N.M.; four grandchildren, Chris Martin of Houston, Gennifer and Mark Roach of Houston, Rhonda and Tom Manning of Round Rock and Kevin and Dana Heflin of Amarillo; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Minnie Watson, and two brothers, Oliver Watson and O.A. Watson. Memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse, P.O.
