Gale McClain

OLTON - Funeral services for Gale McClain, 51, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Sharon Wiese, pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Wendell Horn, former pastor.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Foskey-Lilley-McGill Funeral Home of Olton.

Mr. McClain died at 12:10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, 2002, in Las Vegas, Nev.

He was born Sept. 28, 1951 in Olton and married Connie Dorcas on Dec. 21, 1995 in Clovis, N.M. He was a lifelong resident of Olton and was employed by West Texas Gas.

Surviving are his wife; two sons, Eric McClain of Canyon and Clayton Dorcas of Lubbock; two daughters, Amy Gilbert of Hereford and Michelle Askins of Plainview; his father, Earl McClain of Olton; a brother, Lannie McClain of Farmers Branch; and two grandchildren.

His mother, Gwen McClain, died in 1999.

The family suggests memorials to a favorite charity.
