Obituary

AMARILLO - Funeral services for Grace McAdoo, 51, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Prayer Temple Church of God in Christ with Mal Carr, minister, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park in Plainview by Warford-Walker Mortuary. Ms. McAdoo died Friday, May 31, 2002, in Amarillo. She was born Grace Le?Ette McAdoo in Littlefield. She attended Booker T. Washington School and Wayland Baptist University in Plainview and South Plains College in Lubbock. Survivors include a daughter, Fanti Block of Amarillo; three sons, Shannon McAdoo of Dallas, Sr. James Wellington of Long Beach, Calif., and Dane "Chris" Block of Phoenix, Ariz.
