PETERSBURG - Funeral services for Francisca "Kika" Martinez, 56, of Petersburg will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Petersburg with the Rev. Don Raney officiating. Burial will follow in Petersburg Cemetery under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home of Plainview. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. today at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Martinez died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, in Lubbock. She was born Jan. 29, 1954, in San Lorenzo, Mexico, to Petronilo and Rita Martinez. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her mother; two sons, George Ocasio Jr. of San Marcos and Israel Segura of Petersburg; an adopted son, Mario Nunez Jr.; three daughters and one son-in-law, Sandra Ocasio of Petersburg, Hilda Ocasio of Guymon, Okla., and Anna and Juan Ortiz of Booker; two brothers, Martin Martinez and Joe Luis Martinez, both of Petersburg; two sisters, Elvira Hernandez of Petersburg and Amparo Martinez of Alto, Texas; and 10 grandchildren.
