Martinez, Fernando, Mrs. (Dalia Rodriquez)

Funeral services for Dalia Martinez, 59, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Lemons Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Charles Martinez, pastor of Victory Chapel, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Martinez died at 7:37 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

She was born Sept. 2, 1939, in Anson where she grew up and attended schools. She worked as a nurse?s aide in area nursing homes, retiring in 1987. She attended First Mexican Baptist Church.

She married Fernando Martinez in Plainview.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Martha Soto Gonzales of Plainview; three sons, Daniel Martinez, Donald Martinez and Jamie Bustamante, all of Plainview; three brothers, Joe Rodriquez, Robert Rodriquez and Martin Rodriquez, all of Anson; eight sisters, Elida Ybarra of Austin, Anita Soto and Oralia Sanchez, both of Plainview, Gloria Rodriquez, Lydia Rodriquez, Josie Rodriquez, Anita Rodriquez and Rojisa Rodriquez, all of Anson; her stepfather, Santiago Rodriquez of Anson, four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
