Marshall, Marvin Glenn, Mrs. (Elsa Jeanette Jackson)

Funeral services for Jeanette Marshall, 83, will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in First United Methodist Church with Dr. Max Browning, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Marshall died at 2:23 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2003, at her residence.

She was born Oct. 16, 1919, in Hale County and graduated from Plainview High School.

She was a member of First united Methodist Church where she was taught Sunday school for more than 30 years.

On June 30, 1940, she married Marvin Marshall in Bellview community.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda and Glen Mahagan of Kress and Tesa and Tim Benefield of Jamestown; a son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Carolyn Marshall of Plainview; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Two brothers and two sisters are deceased.

Family members will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. today at Lemons Funeral Home.
