Mangum, Curtis Adolphus, Mrs. (Myra Jane (Janie) Kirkland)

Funeral services for Myra Jane ?Janie? Mangum, 68, will be at 2p.m. Monday in Wood-Dunning Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Kris Craig, chaplain of VistaCare Family Hospice, officiating.

Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mangum died at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, 2000, in Granbury.

She was born March 26, 1932 in Quitman where she grew up and graduated from high school. She also graduated from East Texas State in Commerce and taught school for one year at Lockney.

She married Curtis A. Mangum on April 10, 1953 in Lockney and they moved to Plainview. He died Aug. 30, 1996. She moved to Granbury in April of 1999.

Surviving are two sons, Mark Mangum of Granbury and Dirk Mangum of San Francisco, Calif.; and one brother, Charles Kirkland of De Soto.
