Obituary

Graveside services for Daniel Loya, 30, were at 2 p.m. today in Plainview Cemetery with Milo Perez officiating. Burial arrangements were by Lemons Funeral Home. Prayer services were held at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel. Mr. Loya died Monday, July 26, 2004, at his residence. He was born April 12, 1974, in Plainview where he grew up and graduated from Plainview High School in 1993. Survivors include two brothers, David Ortiz and Ricky Garcia, both of Plainview; one sister, Maria Loya of Plainview; and his father, Luis Loya of Plainview. His mother, Longina Benavides, died in 1997.
