Lowe, Raymond Frederick, Mrs. (Essie Lee Hooper)

Funeral services for Essie Lee Lowe, 99, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church Chapel with Dr. Travis Hart, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lowe died at 10:05 a.m. Monday, Sept. 10, 2001, in Prairie House Living Center.

She was born Dec. 23, 1901 in Hale Center. She graduated from Hale Center High School. She was a member of The Bridge Club, The Order of the Eastern Star and First Baptist Church.

On May 16, 1924, she married Ray F. Lowe in Hale Center. He died Nov. 10, 1976.

Survivors include a brother, L.G. Hooper of Plainview; and several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials to a favorite charity.
