Obituary

Funeral services for Martha Lopez, 90, former longtime Plainview resident, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Wood-Dunning Funeral Home with the Rev. Albert Carrion of the True Vine Church officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Gardens by Wood Dunning Funeral Home. Mrs. Lopez died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008, in Dallas. Survivors include three sons, Leo Salinas of Florida, Ismael Caballero of Harlingen and Daniel Caballero of Plainview; four daughters, Graciela Peralez, Mary Pena and Dalinda Ramos, all of Dallas, and Sylvia Cabrera of Plainview; 23 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Her daughter, Esther Lopez; one grandson, Xavier Cabrera; and a brother, Florencio Garcia, are deceased.
