Obituary

Jesus Q. Lopez, 70, of Earth passed away Tuesday, Dec.6, 2005 in Lubbock. Rosary will be 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, 2005 at Lemons Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery. Arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home.

Jesus is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carmen Lopez; son, Larry Lopez of Hereford; daughter, Evangelina Lopez of Earth; step-daughter, Delia Aguirre of Hale Center; four brothers, Ignacio Lopez of Lubbock, Juan Lopez of Dallas, Santos Lopez and Henry Lopez, both of Lubbock; four sisters, Cathy Alvarado of Shallowater, Martina Garcia of Teague, Mary Cavazos and Frances Sierra, both of Lubbock; two grandchildren, David Guerra of Edinburg and Melissa Garcia of Hale Center; and seven great-grandchildren.
