Funeral Mass for Oscar Longoria, 57, of Plainview will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Arsenio Redulla officiating. Burial will be at Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Longoria died Monday, Aug. 23, 2010, at Covenant Hospital in Plainview. He was born April 17, 1953, in Edinburg to Dagoberto and Catalina Longoria. He married Maria DeLa?Cerda on Feb. 2, 1972, in Olton Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Julia Longoria of White Settlement; four sons, Oscar Longoria Jr. and Arturo Longoria, both of Lubbock, and Ricardo Longoria and Steven Longoria, both of Plainview; seven brothers, Joe Longoria and Ronaldo Longoria, both of Edinburg, Bert Longoria of Lubbock, Cesar Longoria of Los Ebanas, Luis Longoria of Alamo, Javier Longoria of Carrollton and Hector Longoria of San Antonio; two sisters, Raquel Longoria and Olivia Cepeda, both of McAllen; and 13 grandchildren.
