Obituary

Agnes Loewen, 91, passed away Nov. 12, 2011. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2011, in Plainview Memorial Park with the Rev. Doug Yates officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home in Plainview. A memorial service for Mrs. Loewen will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 26, 2011, at Bethesda Gardens Assisted Living at 1103 W. Arkansas Lane, Arlington, TX 76015. Mrs. Loewen was born Dec. 27, 1919, to Issac and Mary Neufeldt Regier in Meade, Kan. She married Ben Loewen in 1943 in Meade, Kan. Those who knew her know she loved to cook and was an active member of the Plainview Family Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers, one sister and one daughter. She is survived by her sons, Rodney Loewen and his wife, Mary, of Arlington and Mark Loewen and his wife, Sarah, of Gainesville; her daughter, Norma Loewen of Plainview; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two sisters.
