Obituary

Graveside services for Edward William Lehnen, 86, of Plainview will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2006, in Parklawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jim McCartney, minister of St. Alice Catholic Church, officiating. Mr. Lehnen died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2006, at Covenant Hospital Plainview. He was a long time resident of Plainview and worked for Southwestern Public Service for 50 years. He was a member of St. Alice Catholic Church, American Legion, VFW and Knights of Columbus. His wife, Yvonne Lehnen, died in 1988. Survivors include a son, Gary Lehnen and his wife, Karen, of Ropesville; a sister, Katie Metcalf of Midland, two grandchildren, Clint and Clay Lehnen and one great-grandchild, Korie Lehnen.
