Obituary

Funeral Mass for Margarita Bosquez Leal, 94, of Plainview will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Reynaldo Reyes, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Lemons Funeral Home. Rosary will be at 6 p.m. tonight in Lemons Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Leal died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at her home. She was born Feb. 22, 1910, in Laredo to Juan and Juanita Bosquez. She married Manuel Leal Sr. on July 10, 1932, in Robstown. He died Nov. 17, 1967. She was a housewife and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Frank Rios of Plainview; four sons and daughters-in-law, Guadalupe and Elvira Leal of Petersburg, Robert and Olivia Leal of Plainview, Ramiro and Elva Leal of Hobbs, N.M., and Manuel Leal Jr. and Amelia of Roland Heights, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. A son, Ruben B. Leal, is deceased.
