Kisor, Neva Jeffreys

Graveside services for Neva Kisor, 85, will be held at 3 p.m. today in the Hale Center Cemetery with Matt Swanson, Church of Christ minister, officiating.

Burial arrangements are by Freeman- Abell Funeral.

Ms. Kisor died Friday, February 21, 2003, in Plainview.

She was born on April 27, 1917 in Oklahoma to Henry and Etta Brown Jeffreys. She lived in Brownfield before moving to Hale Center in 1950.

She was retired from the dietary department of Hi-Plains Hospital. She was amember of the Churcg of Christ.

Survivors include a son Dale Kisor of Amarillo; two daughters, Wanda /sue Walters of Nashville, Tenn., and Nina Berry of Plainview; two sisters, Elby Anderson of Lubbock and Theo Smith of Garland; four grandchildren, Aaron Walters, Nathan Walters, C.R. Kisor and Trent Kisor; and one great granddaughter, Raven Walters.

The family suggests memorials to The Hale Center Volunteer EMS or to the Hale Center Senior Citizens.
