Obituary

Lenox Elma Kellison, 94, of Amarillo died Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Plainview Memorial Park Cemetery in Plainview. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Mrs. Kellison was born Dec. 8, 1913, in Collingsworth County, to James and Bessie Arnold Knowles. On Aug. 17, 1933, she married Clifford "Pete" Kellison.

The family would like to express their deep appreciation to the staff of Potter House.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three sisters; and a brother.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Duane Harris of Amarillo; a sister, Ann Warecki of Folsom, Calif.; three grandchildren, Marilyn Lewis of Commerce, and Mark and Mick Harris, both of Dumas; four great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box 950, Amarillo, TX 79105.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
