Obituary
Fred Keesee, 79, of Edmonson passed away on Nov. 5, 2013, in Lubbock. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at Plainview Memorial Park with Dr. T. Coe Branch officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A family visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. today, Nov. 6, 2013, at the funeral home. Fred was born on Dec. 16, 1933, to George and Winnie Keesee in Becton, Texas. He grew up here and attended schools in the Runningwater Community. He graduated from Plainview High School. He married Donna Ann Wormann on Aug. 27, 1955, in Edmonson, Texas. She preceded him in death. He served in the Texas Army National Guard. He farmed in the area for 58 years and enjoyed planting and harvesting alfalfa hay. He loved restoring antique tractors, reading, and working on his Model A Ford. He is preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and one sister, Amily Lassiter. He is survived by one son, Doug Keesee and wife Tonya of Plainview; two daughters, Elizabeth Ann Keesee of Arkansas, Kory Dawn Musquiz and husband Jon of Lubbock; four grandchildren, Christopher Kaiser, Carson Musquiz, Dustin Glenn and wife Andrea, and Devin Glenn and fianc?
