Obituary

Flora Jaime, 77, of Plainview passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 2014, at New Life Church with the Rev. Steve Martinez officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A family prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. today, Aug. 28, 2014, at Kornerstone Funeral Chapel. Flora was born on March 7, 1937, to Trindad and Consuelo Perez in Mexico. She is preceded in death by her husband Victorino Jaime, five brothers and one sister. She is survived by her son Marcos Antonio Jaime of Plainview; three grandchildren, Victor Jaime, Marcos Jaime and wife Iliana, and Amy Jaime; and two great-grandchildren, Giovanni and Nichole Jaime; one brother, Manuel Orona and wife Esther of Plainview; and one sister, Emilia Macias and husband Luis of Oklahoma City, Okla.; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
